I have a degree in Graphic Design and I want to receive a Bachelor’s Degree in a field that will compliment my 1st degree, as well as prepare me with the knowledge to run my own entertainment promotion company.

example: We will service to upcoming music artists, models, comedians and provide the marketing and promotion needs for them. Kind of like a one stop shop for album covers, flyers, press release, etc…etc.

Would a degree in Marketing or Advertising be most efficient.

Actually the school that I was looking at teaches both the curriclum of Advertising and Design. They call it Advertsing Design. So it allows me to use my design sense and apply it to Advertising. But will this really help me with promotions?

My husband is in the Army. Part of the requirements for promotions are college credits. We think online courses would be best, since he is rarely home, but he only needs 29 credits. All of the online colleges seem geared to a specific degree, and none of the subjects are interesting to him. Do you know of any accredited online schools where he could take random classes in interesting (easy) things like mythology, history, stuff like that? At 3 credit hours per class, we figure 10 easy classes and he’s done. He doesn’t want a degree in IT or Criminal Justice, and that’s all that seems to be offered by the major online schools. All help appreciated.

I am from Asia but I love shopping online. I usually watch out for clearance sales during the 4th of July, etc. But may I know the specific times where stores usually go on sale and have promotions? Such has thanksgiving, etc. Thank you!

We’ll be taking photos of bar patrons using our product during promotion nights. We plan on using these pictures in the future for other promotions in other media on our website. I’m wondering about having them sign a permission form to prevent any legal ramifications in the future…any suggestions on specific wording or other things I may not be considering?

Our problem is as simple as where do we start. Do we contact the supplier (e.g. Bacardi, Heinekin) first, or just go directly to the distributor. Any pointers, in starting a small business of this type would be greatly appreciated.

My biggest problem is that the promotion company that i worked for had already established itself. I need to know the first step to getting this business going.

this manager wants to represent me but in the contract , it states that i agree to reimburse him for plane tickets/press kits/ promotions/development and gig expenses that he puts up for my career………basically…………….but i pay him when i get paid of course…….HOW COMMON IS THIS ………REALLY?……SHOULD I TAKE THAT CHANCE???

Are there any auto surf 4 pay sites or any other good sites that actaully pay thier members for surfing the internet or take surveys or do promotions.
Also if there is any way to make money on the internety without giving a credit card or investing/paying money urself plz tell me……….if u send me a good site i will allow u to refer me assuming u get a bonus for referals

Do you know of a good website that is a resource for freebies on the internet. I’m not talking about promotions or get-rich-quick schemes. And I’m not talking about being paid to read emails.

What I am describing is companies that will such send you out small samples of their products.

Any ideas?

I’m sure it’s not true but just was curious about those emails. Coz I got one from Yahoo Mail but they were not true. Has anyone won anything from a thing like that? I guess not.
