In my book, it talks about a checklist for integrating a firm’s marketing communications and it says:
1-Analyze Trends–Internal and external– That can affect the company’s ability to do business
2-Audit the pockets of communications spending throughout organization.
3-Identify all customer touch points for the company and its brands.
4-Team up in communications planning.
5-Create compatible themes, tones, and quality across all communications media.
6-Create performance measures that are shared by all communications elements.
7-Appoint a director responsible for the company’s persuasive communications efforts.
Now can somebody translate me these 7 bullets into more clear examples related to burger king? like if you were explaining it to your 5 year old kid! thanks!
