How long does it take to be a directv new customer after cancel the service to qualify promotion?

I discontinued directv service this september and I want to be back to directv again. Do they consider me as new customer for those promotions free installation and dvr and 3 month free movie channel?

Also is there any good promotion directv like getting HD DVR?
