What is the difference between a rep code and a promotion code for karmaloop?

I am a first time shopper on Karmaloop.com,I fell in love with this site immediatetly and was wondering where do I enter this code.I found this code,it says take 20% off your first order and 10% off future orders.It does not state it on the internet where to put this code TR28619 also what is the difference between a rep code and a promo code? Is this a secure website?
