Is Web Traffic Machines a dependable option for generating web traffic?

Hi all inernet marketers,
I have been getting a good deal of promotion about Bishop Anders’ Web Traffic Machines(http://www.webtrafficmachines.com/). I am finding it hard to drive traffic to my sites. Can anyone tell me if you have put this system to use. Also would you recommend anyone to use.
